Free parking for Woolworths/Big W customers, usually up to 2 or 3 hours

If you’re planning to park on Chapel Street across from SOAK, please check street signs carefully, as many areas are clearways.

Clearway times (Mon–Fri):
Morning: 7:00am – 9:00am
Evening: 4:30pm – 6:30pm

Important to note:
If you choose to park in a clearway zone or time-restricted area and need to leave your appointment to move your car, you will forfeit your 7-day nail guarantee. SOAK is not liable for any parking fines or towing that may occur during your appointment.

Please note that entry to the salon involves 9 steps, and a hand railing is available for support.

There is no ramp or lift access, and we understand this may present challenges for guests with limited mobility.
