Melbourne
South Yarra & ElwoodFront of House
The heartbeat of SOAK. You're the first impression every guest has, and the person responsible for making their experience seamless from the moment they walk through the door. This role suits someone who genuinely loves people and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Greeting every guest warmly
- Managing bookings and check-ins
- Serving drinks and refreshments
- Supporting therapists throughout the day
- Warm, confident communication style
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Available for weekend shifts
Bartender
SOAK is Australia's first licensed beauty salon. We're looking for an experienced bartender who loves creating great drinks and even better guest experiences, and who wants consistent evening shifts.
- Prepare cocktails, wine and beverages
- Maintain bar stock and presentation
- Create the atmosphere that makes SOAK unique
- Work alongside Front of House and therapists
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong cocktail knowledge
- Current RSA certification
- Available weekday evenings
Social Media Coordinator
Help tell the SOAK story. You'll create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms while working closely with our marketing team — ideal for someone who genuinely loves content creation and understands premium branding.
- Film, edit and publish content across socials
- Plan and cover launches and events
- Capture day-to-day life inside our salons
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team

Sydney
Founding Team — Opening SoonNail Technician
Be part of the founding team opening our Sydney flagship. We're looking for experienced Nail Technicians passionate about beautiful work and exceptional client experiences.
- Deliver BIAB, gel polish and manicure services
- Maintain SOAK's technical and hygiene standards
- Recommend suitable services and aftercare
- Help establish the SOAK standard in Sydney
- Experience with BIAB and gel polish highly regarded
- Strong technical nail skills
- Excellent client communication
- Comfortable joining a brand new opening team
Lash Technician
Join our opening Sydney team specialising in lashes. You'll perform lash lift and extension services, helping establish the SOAK standard in a brand new market.

Salon Manager
Lead the opening of our biggest salon yet. We're searching for an experienced leader who can build an incredible culture, mentor a growing team and deliver an exceptional client experience every day.
