Senior Nail Technician
This role sits at the top tier of our team — requiring high technical skill, precision, and the ability to confidently manage and retain a loyal clientele.
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience across Gel Polish, BIAB, and Extensions
- Strong nail consultation skills — you guide, not just execute
- Precision and consistency across all service types
- Confidence building and maintaining a loyal client base
Beauty Therapist
Delivering exceptional beauty services — facials, brows, lashes, and waxing — ensuring our guests leave feeling genuinely cared for.
What we're looking for
- Industry experience in facials, brows, lashes, and waxing
- Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Strong guest communication and consultation skills
- A detail-oriented approach with genuine care for outcomes
Lash & Brow Artist
An experienced Lash & Brow Technician with a strong eye for detail who understands that great results come from both technical skill and a considered client experience.
Skills we're looking for
- Brow lamination, tinting, waxing, and threading
- Lash lifts and tints
- Lash extensions (classic and/or volume)
- Confident consultations with a natural, refined aesthetic eye
Nail Technician
Providing exceptional nail care services, helping create an outstanding experience from the moment a guest arrives. A key member of the SOAK floor team.
What we're looking for
- Experience across manicures, pedicures, and Gel Polish
- BIAB and/or Extension experience is a strong advantage
- A warm, guest-first approach in all interactions
- Willingness to grow within the SOAK standard
